Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Japan.

During our normal period, orders are processed within 3 business days from the time the order was placed.  Please note that custom embroidery requests will increase the processing time by 5-10 business days normally, but sometimes longer if you place an order around the release date or when there is a high volume of requests. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO at this time.


Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic (Japan) - 900 JPY - 1-3 business days*
  • International Standard - 2,400-3700 JPY (rates vary by location) - 4-7 business days*
  • International Signature Required - 2,900-3200 JPY (rates vary by location) - 4-7 business days*

* Estimate does not include order processing time or delays caused by customs clearance.

*In case of Pre-Order items, this estimated delivery time will not apply. Please refer to each product page for approximate delivery time. 

We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. If your shipping address is in a neighborhood where delivered packages often get stolen, we recommend you choose the shipping method "Signature Required" to ensure that the package will not be left outside. 


Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, the shipping carrier will instruct Wonder Looper to contact the recipient to arrange for delivery. If we are unable to establish contact and complete the delivery, the shipment will be classified as either "abandoned" or returned to Wonder Looper in Japan.

Should the package be considered abandoned, the recipient will not be eligible for either a refund or store credit. If the item(s) are returned to Wonder Looper, the recipient will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit will be the purchase amount minus both the original shipping costs and the expenses incurred for the return shipment. Please note that the cost of return shipping is likely to be significantly higher than our standard rates for outgoing shipments.

To prevent these issues, make sure the shipping address and contact information you provide at checkout are accurate. Additionally, if you are contacted regarding an order, a prompt response is required.


Missing, Damaged & Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@wonderlooper.com. Include a brief description of the situation as well as your order# and tracking #.  If applicable, include photos of the damages.  We will take further steps to resolve this situation. 

If the tracking status of an order is marked “delivered”, but the package is missing you may be a victim of theft.  Please contact us so that we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.  We do not replace or refund stolen packages. 


Payments & Charges

Prices are set in Japanese Yen, and auto converted into a wide variety of currencies using the current exchange rate. Your checkout currency can be set in the main menu or at the bottom of the website. 

We accept the following payment methods.

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

For security purposes we may require additional documentation to verify your identity. In this situation, we will get in touch with you by phone or email.  We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.


Taxes & Duty

Orders shipped outside of Japan are not subject to local Japanese sales tax.

Japan

Sales tax will be added at checkout for orders shipped domestically within Japan.

USA

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties. All applicable charges are calculated and collected at checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with all customs processing arranged by us to ensure seamless delivery with no additional charges payable upon arrival.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are not subject to import duties on products made in Japan, in accordance with the CPTPP free trade agreement. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with all customs processing arranged by us to ensure seamless delivery with no additional charges payable upon arrival.

European Union & UK

Orders shipped to the European Union and United Kingdom are not subject to import duties on products made in Japan, in accordance with the Japan-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) and the Japan-UK EPA. Applicable VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with all customs processing arranged by us to ensure seamless delivery with no additional charges payable upon arrival.

Other

Orders shipped are subject to applicable taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
