Return Policy

Wonder Looper does not offer refunds; however, customers may request a return within 30 days of order fulfillment for store credit in the form of a gift card. Please note that shipping fees (including tax and duty) are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to carefully review measurement guides, as the cost of returning goods to Japan may be substantial.

To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be in new and unused condition, free of odors, stains, or animal hair, and in a condition that would allow them to be sold as NEW.  Items that are on sale or on promotion are considered final sale and not eligible for store credit.

It is important to note that returns must be authorized in advance and any returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted. To start a return, please contact us at info@wonderlooper.com

Once the return has been approved, the customer is responsible for making sure the return package arrives to our warehouse within 2 weeks. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized/personalized items, gift cards, and other items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. 

Refunds
Refunds are only available if you received a damaged item or wrong item, and the replacement is not available.
