Frequently asked questions

To determine your size, we suggest measuring a similar garment you already own. Lay the item flat and use a fabric measuring tape to replicate the measurements provided on our product pages. Each product page includes a detailed guide illustrating how we take these measurements, ensuring accuracy. Once you've measured, compare your results with the sizing chart on the product page to identify the best fit for you.

If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

We continually update our inventory with new releases and restocks throughout the year. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, visit our Release / Restock Schedule. If the item you're looking for isn't currently listed, make sure to check back frequently, as we regularly refresh the page with the latest details.

To ensure you don't miss out, you can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. Simply click the "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" button, and you'll receive an alert even for small, unscheduled restocks, such as customer returns or inventory adjustments.

The amount of shrinkage depends on the fabric and how you care for your garment. For specific care instructions, please refer to our Care Guide.

Generally, a 100% cotton knit garment may shrink by 4-5% after washing. However, you can minimize and even recover much of this shrinkage by gently stretching the fabric while it's still damp.

Since all orders are shipped from Japan, international orders may incur additional fees at the time of delivery or shortly after. These fees can include customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges. It's important to note that rules and regulations vary by country, so we recommend familiarizing yourself with your local import laws to avoid any surprises.
