- Store Policy
Wonder Looper does not offer refunds; however, customers may return items within 30 days of order fulfillment for store credit in the form of a gift card. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to carefully review measurement guides, as the cost of returning goods to Japan may be substantial.
To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be in new and unused condition, free of odors and in a condition that would allow them to be sold as new. Items that are on sale or on promotion are considered final sale and not eligible for store credit.
It is important to note that returns must be authorized in advance and any returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We ship worldwide from Japan.
Orders are processed within 3 business days from the time the order was placed. Please note that custom embroidery requests will increase the processing time by up to 5 business days.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic (Japan) - 1,000 JPY - 1-3 business days*
- International - 2,400 JPY - 4-7 business days*
* Estimate does not include order processing time or delays caused by customs clearance.
If a package cannot be delivered, the shipping carrier will instruct Wonder Looper to contact the recipient to arrange for delivery. If we are unable to establish contact and complete the delivery, the shipment will be classified as either "abandoned" or returned to Wonder Looper in Japan.
Should the package be considered abandoned, the recipient will not be eligible for either a refund or store credit. If the item(s) are returned to Wonder Looper, the recipient will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit will be the purchase amount minus both the original shipping costs and the expenses incurred for the return shipment. Please note that the cost of return shipping is likely to be significantly higher than our standard rates for outgoing shipments.
To prevent these issues, make sure the shipping address and contact information you provide at checkout are accurate. Additionally, if you are contacted regarding an order, a prompt response is required.
Missing, Damaged & Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or arrived damaged, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a brief description of the situation as well as your order# and tracking #. If applicable, include photos of the damages. We will take further steps to resolve this situation.
If the tracking status of an order is marked “delivered”, but the package is missing you may be a victim of theft. Please contact us so that we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier. We do not replace or refund stolen packages.
Payments & Charges
Prices are charged in Japanese Yen. For reference purposes the website can display the Yen auto converted to a wide variety of currencies.
We accept the following payment methods.

- Google Pay
For security purposes we may require additional documentation to verify your identity. In this situation, we will get in touch with you by phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.
Taxes & Duty
Orders shipped outside of Japan are not subject to local Japanese sales tax.
Sales tax will be added at checkout for orders shipped domestically within Japan.
Import duty and brokerages charges associated with the delivery may be charged upon delivery.
Due to the free trade agreement between Japan and Canada (CPTPP), there will be no import duty for the products made in Japan. However, Canadian sales tax and administrative charges associated with the delivery may be charged upon delivery by the courier.
European Union & UK
Due to the free trade agreements between Japan the EU (Japan-EU EPA) and UK (Japan-UK EPA), there will be no import duty for the products made in Japan. However, local VAT and administrative charges associated with the delivery may be charged upon delivery by the courier.
Orders shipped are subject to applicable taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
