Crafted in Japan from naturally colored, organically grown Foxfibre® cotton, the Coyote 80 Iron Mordant Knit Cap is made using yarns spun from a blend of 80% FoxFibre® and 20% extra-long-staple organic cotton. To further enrich the fabric’s tone, the cotton fibers undergo an iron mordant treatment, a traditional process where the fibers are soaked in an iron-rich solution that reacts with the cotton’s natural pigments. This deepens and darkens the shade into a rich, earthy brown with beautiful dimension and character, all without the use of dyes. A touch of stretch helps the cap retain its shape wear after wear, making it an easy everyday essential rooted in true natural color and Japanese craftsmanship.
